The society focuses on Alfred North Whitehead 's thought in all its aspects. This will be undertaken historically as well as systematically. In addition his work will be related to other philosophical traditions. Finally, the interdisciplinary relevance of process thought will be explored. An undogmatic approach should open up the future relevance of Alfred North Whitehead 's thought . European Process Philosophy in the Whitehead tradition will be fostered and deepened. The goals of the Association are realized mainly through the organization and support of national, international and interdisciplinary events (Symposia, Conferences, Workshops, Seminars etc.) as well as through other scholarly activities (publications in books and journals, scholarly travel, research projects and research programs).
